How much ceiling height do I need to perform a full pull-up comfortably?
The Goimu C1-V4 stands at 83.46 inches tall. For full pull-up clearance without hitting your head, we recommend a minimum ceiling height of 8 feet (96 inches). Our pull-up bar supports reverse install.
Does the cable system use a 1:1 or 2:1 resistance ratio?
The Goimu C1-V4 features a true 1:1 pulley ratio. This means if you load 50 lbs, you feel 50 lbs of resistance. This direct feedback is preferred by serious lifters for more effective muscle engagement compared to 2:1 systems found in budget racks.
How stable is the rack during dips or pull-ups? Does it need to be bolted to the floor?
