Return & Refund Policy
At Goimu Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
By purchasing from Goimu Fitness, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package all products prior to shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Reporting Timeframe
Customers must notify Goimu Fitness within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Required Information

Photos of the outer packaging

Photos/videos of the product and issue

Description of the damage or defect
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay claim processing.
Resolution Process
Once verified, Goimu Fitness will, at our sole discretion:

Send replacement parts

Replace the product
-
Offer repair assistance
-
Issue a partial or full refund
In most cases involving large fitness equipment, customers will NOT be required to return the damaged item unless specifically instructed by our support team.
For parts or accessories received broken or damaged, please refer to our Warranty Policy or contact support@goimufitness.com for assistance.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages upon delivery.
If the packaging appears visibly damaged, customers should:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

Take photos immediately

Contact Goimu Fitness within twenty-four (24) hours
Concealed damage or missing parts that are not visible upon delivery must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Failure to report freight damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim by the shipping carrier.
For multi-package shipments, all return and damage claim timelines begin on the date the first package is delivered.
3. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for eligible items within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must be:

New and unused
-
Unassembled
-
In original packaging
-
Free of scratches, damage, odors, chalk, pet hair, or signs of wear
-
Complete with all hardware, manuals, accessories, and parts
Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Return Authorization Required (RMA)
Customers must contact support@goimufitness.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
Returns sent without an authorized RMA may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses, including freight and palletized shipments for large equipment.
Restocking Fee
Approved non-defective returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee based on the original product purchase price.
If only part of an order is returned, the restocking fee applies only to the returned item(s).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned after 30 calendar days

Assembled or used equipment
-
Products with cosmetic damage caused after delivery

Modified or customized products
-
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items

Missing hardware, manuals, or packaging
-
Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

Rust or damage caused by outdoor storage or environmental exposure

5. Order Cancellations
We understand plans may change and will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.
Before Shipment
Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a full refund.
However, orders canceled more than twenty-four (24) hours after purchase may be subject to a five percent (5%) payment processing fee.
After Shipment / In Transit
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a standard return.
Customers will be responsible for:

Return shipping costs

Freight rerouting fees (if applicable)

Fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee
Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery for reasons unrelated to shipping damage is considered a return.
Customers who refuse delivery are responsible for all return freight charges, storage fees, rerouting fees, and applicable restocking fees.
6. Freight Deliveries & Large Equipment
Many Goimu Fitness products ship via LTL freight carriers.
Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring adequate space and access for delivery

Providing accurate delivery information
-
Being available during scheduled delivery windows
Missed delivery appointments or incorrect address information may result in additional carrier fees charged to the customer.
Curbside Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, freight shipments are curbside delivery only.
Inside delivery, assembly, and packaging removal services are not included.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
If Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout, your order may be covered for:

Lost packages

Theft after delivery
-
Carrier-related damage
-
Force majeure events affecting transit
Customers must report lost or stolen shipments within seven (7) calendar days of the estimated delivery date.
Goimu Fitness reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including police reports or carrier investigation reports when applicable.
Shipping Protection does not cover:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Unauthorized package forwarding

Fraudulent claims
8. Refund Process
Inspection & Approval
Returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
Inspection may take up to ten (10) business days after delivery to our facility.
Approved Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund amounts will exclude:

Expedited shipping fees
-
White glove service fees
-
Return shipping costs
-
Applicable restocking fees
Refund Timing
Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
9. Exchanges
Goimu Fitness does not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different product, customers must:
1. Return the original eligible item following the approved return process
2. Place a new order separately
