Is this machine suitable for users of all heights?

It accommodates athletes from 4'9" to over 6' tall.

Does the machine make noise during operation?

It's very smooth and quiet, but it needs lubricant after a while.

Can I use Olympic-sized (2") weight plates?

The machine is designed for 1" & 2" plates standard plates. Max load is 150 lbs.

My home gym has very limited space. Is this 2-in-1 machine really better than buying two separate units?

Absolutely. The biggest pain point this machine solves is space efficiency. It integrates both Leg Extensions (Quads) and Seated Curls (Hamstrings) into a compact footprint of approximately 10.5 square feet (39.5" x 34.6").

Is the assembly process a nightmare? I don't have professional tools.

Most of our users find the assembly quite straightforward. Based on feedback, it typically takes between 15 to 45 minutes. The machine comes with a detailed manual, and many of the core components (like the bearings) come pre-assembled.
