Shipping

How long does it take to process and deliver order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 1-5 business days. For detailed information, please refer to the Shipping Policy.

I only received some packages of my order, where are the rest packages?

Some products are sent through multiple packages, and there may be sorting issues that cause some packages to arrive at different times. If you have not received the remaining packages for a long time, please contact us as soon as possible: support@goimufitness.com

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Yes, GOIMU Fitness does not ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. VirginIslands, and military air force bases.

What should I do if my item/part is damaged when I received?

If your package is damaged, save all packaging materials and contact support@goimufitness.com with photos of the damage and your order number. More details please refer to Return Policy - Returns Due to Damage or Defect.

I'm on a business trip/traveling right now and no one will be home when the package is delivered, can it be shipped later?

GOIMU Fitness accepts delayed shipments, but you need to send an email to: support@goimufitness.com within 24 hours of placing your order and inform us of theapproximate shipment time, and we will check back with you one day prior to the informed shipment date to confirm the availability of the shipment. If we do notreceive email by the ship date, it will be shipped the next day.

My tracking information shows that my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or anyone else who might havereceived the package on your behalf. If you still cannot locate the package, Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Return & Refunds

How do I initiate a return?

Contact customer service support@goimufitness.com with your order number and photos/videos of the product in its original packaging. If eligible, customer servicewill provide a return label. Ship the item back using this label.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which can take up to 10 business days after arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

I moved to a new address, can I change my delivery address?

If you want to change the address, please contact us support@goimufitness.com within 24 hours after you placed the order.
Change address is not supported after 24 hours of ordering. If the customer needs to ship to a new address, please contact the carrier by yourself, and all subsequent costs will be borne by the customer.

Orders

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in three ways with GOIMU Fitness. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number(s) that you can click to view your package status. Additionally, you can copy the tracking number(s) and paste them into the FedEx tracking page since all our shipments are handled by FedEx.Lastly, you can use the "Track Your Order" link found at the bottom of our website under the 'Help' section, where you can enter either your order number or trackingnumber to check the status of your shipment.

How long will it take to get my item after placing an order?

It takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order once you have submitted it. Once its processed, it will then ship out and take another 1-5 business days to deliver depending on what state you live in, and whatdelivery options you chose. When will my credit card, or payment method, be charged?

You will be charged at the time of order so that we can start the processing of your order and prepare the items for shipment. While your order processing typically takes 1-2 business days for processing, during highdemand or peak season, you may experience 3-7 business days of processing after your payment before your order is shipped out.

I tried to use a coupon code, but it didn't work. Why can't I use my code?

There are couple possible reasons for why a coupon code didn't work in your cart. The coupon codes offered for our website are typically one use per customer only, so if it has been used by you before, it cannot beused again. Another reason could be that the coupon has expired. Coupons also cannot be combined with any other offers.

I just placed an order online, but right after.. I received an email saying my order has been canceled. What gives?

There are many of reasons this may have happened:
- Sometimes an item has run out of stock at the time you purchased it. Our inventory says we had it, but its not here. It happens to the best of us.
- You have been a blacklisted customer and are no longer allowed to purchase with us.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 5% processing fee. Cancellations after 24 hours are treated as returns. Specific fees can be found inthe Refund Policy.

Products

Do your products need assembly?

Assembly is required on most of our equipment. These items come packed tightly and securely from the factory and do require assembly. This is the best way for the customer to receive their item in a manner that isless likely to get damaged during shipping.

My item arrived and it's damaged! What do I do?

Firstly, take a deep breath. It's hard for major shipping carriers to deliver heavy packages across the USA perfectly every single time. We suggest to open the box and take a look inside. The items come packaged fairlywell on the inside, so just because the outside box is dinged up, doesn't mean what's inside is dinged as well.
If you do encounter an issue, contact us immediately. Don't start disassembling the item and packing things back up in the box just yet. Reach out to us first and see if there's an easier solution. We carry many ofreplacement parts and knowledgeable staff to help troubleshoot any situation. You can reach out to us through our online "Contact Us".

How do I get assembly assistance?

All our products come with assembly instructions within the User Manual booklet.
