Warranty Policy

Goimu Fitness warrants that its fitness equipment and accessories (the “Product”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, personal, in-home use for a period of One (1) Year from the original date of purchase.
This Warranty Policy applies only to the original purchaser from Goimu Fitness via our official website (www.goimufitness.com) and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

1. What This Warranty Covers
This One-Year Limited Warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of any part or product that is deemed defective due to flaws in material or factory workmanship during the warranty period. We will provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge. For defects that cannot be resolved via parts replacement, we may, at our option, provide a full refund or replacement of the entire product.

2. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)
This warranty does NOT cover issues resulting from:
  •  Normal Wear & Tear: Components that wear out over time with proper use (e.g., belt surfaces, grip foam, padding, friction points).
  •  Improper Use, Assembly, or Maintenance: Failure to follow the included assembly instructions, operating manuals, weight capacity limits, or recommended maintenance.
  • Commercial, Institutional, or Rental Use: Use in any gym, studio, hotel, school, office, or any public or commercial setting voids this warranty.
  • Neglect, Abuse, Modification, or Accidents: Damage from misuse, overloading, dropping, exposure to moisture or corrosive substances, improper storage, or any service or alteration not performed or authorized by Goimu Fitness.
  • Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers: Products bought through third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or unauthorized dealers.
  • Cosmetic Damage that does not impair the safety or core functionality of the product.
  • Acts of Nature (fires, floods, etc.) or environmental conditions.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email our support team at support@goimufitness.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]”.

  • Provide Information: Include your order number, product name/model, a clear description and photos/videos of the defect, and your shipping address.
  • Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or troubleshooting steps. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
  • Resolution: For approved claims, we will ship the required replacement parts to you at no cost, along with installation instructions. In certain cases, we may offer compensation for local professional repair assistance.
4. Limitations & Your Responsibilities
THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  • You are responsible for the proper assembly, installation, maintenance, and use of the product in accordance with the provided instructions.
  • Goimu Fitness shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including lost workouts or personal injury) arising from the use or inability to use the product.
  • The maximum aggregate liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

5. Obtaining Replacement Parts (Non-Warranty)
For parts needing replacement due to wear and tear or damage not covered by this warranty, we offer replacement parts for purchase to help you maintain your equipment. Please contact support@goimufitness.com for availability and pricing.
